Stiles Harold Williams have a specialist department that provides advice on the creation of service charge budgets and property management strategies for both developers and residential house builders. As the complexity of these schemes is increasing, so we can assist from an early stage in liaising with developers, solicitors and even Registered Social Landlords to see that budgets are realistic but do not become a barrier to sales. We have experience of developments across the Country with both mixed use and mixed tenure schemes.
Our comprehensive check list together with the copy plans, technical information, draft leases etc form the basis for our team to draw up the service charge budget and matrix and advise on the most practicle management framework and structure.
Our Company Secretariat department can assist with the formation of any management company and subsequent compliance with statutory forms with Companies House.
Once the development is completed our team will arrange for the regional office to take the handover from the site manager and then instruct the local contractors and suppliers for the property.
